Reading, writing & oral.

The reading comprehension test

The reading comprehension measures the level of reading and vocabulary of the applicant. In this test, the motives or ideas suggested in the passage will be challenged. Your job is to carefully read and answer the questions of each of text by selecting the best response to each question.

Duration: 90 minutes

Only 55 questions will be counted as 10 out of the 65 questions are pilot questions.

The written expression test examines the grammar knowledge, structure and other relevant written elements required to write workplace related texts.

It contains 65 multiple choice questions and includes two types of questions: fill in the blanks & identify the passage of a paragraph containing an error.

Various text messages, notes, memos, letters, newsletters & reports will be presented.

Duration: 90 minutes

Only 55 questions will be counted as 10 out of the 65 questions are pilot questions.

Test of Oral Proficiency

The Second Language Assessment Oral Proficiency Test assesses your ability to speak and understand your second official language. It is administered in person, or by telephone.

The test includes language activities on work-related topics that are gradually becoming more difficult the more you advance in its 4 parts.

Part 1: Briefly answer to a serie of short questions regarding your work place.

Part 2: Listen to short audio recordings and summarize them.  

Part 3: Answer an open ended question as well as follow up questions.

Part 4: Listen to a long audio recording followed by a serie of questions

 

Duration: from 20 to 40 minutes
